Once a pickup date is scheduled, our team will promptly arrive at your location to securely remove all assets designated for resale or recycling. We offer flexible service options, including white glove asset removal and dock-to-dock service, to accommodate your operational needs.

All inventory is entered into ERG’s ERP system upon receipt. Each asset is scanned and assigned a unique identifier, enabling full tracking throughout the entire disposition process. Upon intake, the disk drive (SSD/HDD) is removed and its serial number is recorded. Based on the selected service, the asset is either securely destroyed or sanitized using industry-leading, certified data erasure software.

During this stage, all assets undergo comprehensive testing to verify that key functions are fully operational prior to preparation for resale. Items that do not meet our audit criteria proceed to the refurbishment phase, where skilled technicians repair and refurbish them to maximize their value. Once all assets are certified to be in excellent condition, they are prepared for resale. Assets deemed irreparable are responsibly recycled in accordance with industry standards.
