Once a pickup date is scheduled, our team will promptly dispatch to your location to securely remove all assets designated for resale or recycling. We provide flexible options such as floor-by-floor asset removal and dock-to-dock service for your convenience

All inventory enters ERG's ERP solution. Each asset is scanned and assigned a unique identifiable number, enabling tracking throughout the entire process. Upon entry, the disk drive (SSD/HDD) is removed, and its serial number is captured. Depending on the required service, the asset will either be securely destroyed or wiped using industry-leading certified data erasure software

During this stage, all assets undergo testing to ensure key functions are operational before being prepped for resale. Any items that don't meet our audit criteria move on to the refurbishment phase. Our skilled technicians repair and refurbish these assets to maximize their value. Once all assets are certified to be in excellent condition, they are readied for resale. Any assets that are deemed irreparable are responsibly recycled
